- Finished 11th in his rookie season of USF2000 Presented by Continental Tire, despite skipping the Toronto rounds due to budgetary constraints
- Scored a best result of fourth on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Grand Prix road course
- Qualified on the front row at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park
- Won both the Pro Racing Group Spirit Award and the YACademy Move of the Year Award
- Rounded out the year by finishing third in the 26th Annual Rumble in Fort Wayne (Indiana), driving the iconic #6 Midget entered by Midget legend Mel Kenyon
